Welcome to Dolphin’s innovative approach towards sustainable commercial washroom products.

In our commitment to environmental responsibility, we strive to adhere to the principles of cradle-to-cradle washroom design and to produce sustainably made washroom consumables and products that are compliant, durable, and long-lasting.

As part of this endeavour, we have conducted a feasibility study to show which Dolphin products can enter the cradle-to-cradle framework.

In this product circularity data sheet, you will learn about the recyclable properties of our selected washroom products, including a breakdown of percentages for each item and an overview of our adherence to Waste Electrical, Electronic, and Equipment regulations (WEEE).

Recyclability data sheet explained

Learn more about the descriptions and their meanings in our product circularity data sheet:

* – One method by which MDF can be recycled is the production of fuel pellets. Plants are however far and few between so the economic feasibility is uncertain.

** – Unlike other glass products such as bottles, or windowpanes, mirrors are not feasibly recyclable because of the difficulty involved with removing the reflective layer.

*** – WEEE disposal. Dolphin Solutions subscribes to the WEEE process so disposal could be integrated with the company’s process.

You do not need to dismantle the products yourself; we will handle the separation of parts for recycling at our warehouse.

Who Conducts Demolition and Separation of the Alavo Mirror System?

The demolition and separation of the Alavo Mirror System are typically carried out on site by the client or contractor.

Alternatively, we can assist in this process. Clients have the option to arrange separation with our guidance during the demolition stage, or we can perform it onsite.
