London’s Design Museum is now open in its spectacular new home on Kensington High Street. Having moved from its previous warehouse location, the new space provides a breath-taking environment for visitors to explore the exhibits.

With architectural design being one of the Design Museum’s core exhibition focuses, the building couldn’t have been anything less than remarkable. The Grade II listed property now exudes sophistication with an extraordinary atrium at the centre of the building.

Working with both John Pawson Architects and the contractor Willmott Dixon, Dolphin advised on the most fitting washroom design for the renovated building. The Dolphin Alavo was a perfect match for the Museum’s innovative space, given its ability to effortlessly blend style and usability.

The Alavo has been expertly engineered to save space, whilst improving the user experience through cutting-edge handwash technology. Not only does the behind-mirror solution keep the washroom looking sleek, it is also a pleasure to use and easy for cleaning staff to maintain and replenish.

The stainless steel Prestige range is also featured in this washroom, perfectly complementing the Alavo. Prestige products include sanitary bins, waste bins, paper towel dispensers and stainless steel soap dispensers.
