Located on New Fetter Lane, 6 New Street Square sits in the heart of London’s legal and financial district. This prestigious area, home to a concentration of law firms and financial institutions, and close to landmarks such as the Old Bailey, required a refined, professional commercial washroom design to reflect the calibre of its occupants.
The 6 New Street Square washroom project is a prime example of how thoughtful specification and high-quality special finishes can elevate everyday spaces to meet the expectations of a professional, high-end occupier base.
Washroom project brief
We worked closely with Bennetts Associates to deliver a contemporary and elegant commercial washroom solution suited to the building’s high-profile location.
The design scheme primarily featured Fired Gold Ceramic coating to introduce warmth and subtle colour, complemented by select areas in Satin Brushed Stainless Steel for a clean and modern contrast.
Washroom project challenge
The 6 New Street washroom project refurbishment progressed without notable complications. The installation was straightforward, and coordination with the architect and contractor was efficient, with no major technical or logistical obstacles encountered throughout the delivery.
The Dolphin Solution
While the project did not call for bespoke manufacturing or tailored design adaptations, we supplied high-quality commercial washroom products for the accessible washroom and superloos to meet the aesthetic and functional brief.
Our focus was on delivering premium finishes, especially in the Fired Gold specification, which helped elevate the look of the commercial washrooms.
